Bowen & Pregnancy (402)
This course explores the physical changes that occur in the female body during pregnancy and postpartum. Participants are taught to address hormonal changes, structural changes and fetal development. Teaching includes specific Bowen protocols that address these changes, as well as how to effectively use the techniques to assist the client during pregnancy and postpartum. Also included is the use of support pillows and bolsters along with general positioning during the treatments sessions to address the client’s comfort and safety.
Prerequisites: 101, 102 or Bowen Therapist
