This system is the confidential and proprietary information of The Bowen College Inc.; it is not to be copied, reproduced, or transmitted in any form, by any means, in whole or in part, nor is it to be used for any purpose other than that for which it is expressly provided without the written permission of The Bowen College Inc..

Refund Policy

Please be advised that a 30-day notice is required for cancellation of a course. Anything less than 30 days will result in absolutely no refunds. In case of adequate notice and cancellation, there will be a $50 non-refundable administrative fee applicable. All course fees must be paid for in full before attending first day of class. If a cancellation of a course happens as a result of insufficient registrants or an issue on part of the school or the instructor, all fees will be refunded.

Although the school will provide ample notice regarding course location and time, it is the responsibility of the students to be informed regarding such details. If a student fails to attend the course there will be no refunds and the full fee is payable. In case of an unforeseen event, injury or personal loss, it is the responsibility of the student to provide proof to the registrar. In such cases it will be at the registrar’s discretion as to whether a transfer of payment to a subsequent date or course can apply.

The Bowen College Inc. must disclose your Personal Information in order to process your application, acceptance or registration and to facilitate the issuance of income tax receipts. Consistent with these purposes, your Personal Information may also be linked with student information databases maintained by the college, which you eventually choose to attend in order to develop and maintain appropriate policies, programs and funding mechanisms.

You therefore consent to and authorize The Bowen College Inc. to disclose your Personal Information to individuals, organizations and institutions that require such information for program monitoring, research, taxation or funding purposes, or are involved with the processing of your application, acceptance or registration. These entities include, but are not limited to the Colleges, associated universities, applicable examining boards for certification, third party service providers, and relevant provincial and federal ministries or agencies.

It is your responsibility to make sure that the information is truthful, complete and correct, failing which your application may be delayed or invalidated. You must also take appropriate measures to safeguard login information and any printed copies of the completed application.

Your Personal Information will be retained at The Bowen College Inc. offices (located at 3345 West 4th Avenue) or archived at secure off- site facilities.
