091 – Functional Muscle Anatomy LIVE (formerly Palpation Skills)

In this in classroom course, anatomical terminology and palpation skills are presented in 2 parts over                     3 days.

The first part, day 1, is an online learning that involves review some basic course material and watching a video. It covers the hands on component of concepts learned in Module 1 and 2 of Course #091 Functional Muscle Anatomy E-Course.

The second part, days 2 & 3, are live classroom learning with an instructor. They will cover the concepts   learned in the balance of the E-Course.

The student will learn to palpate the different structures of the body including bones, muscles,                           tendons, ligaments and fascia.  This course is ideal for those who are not familiar with body                        palpation, and who also may be new to anatomy.  A practical hands-on approach will assist the                      student to build confidence and establish a solid foundation for the Bowen technique;                                                Lower Body #101, Upper Body #102. It is recommended that if you have no prior knowledge of                         Anatomy or Palpation that this course is taken before Basic Bowen.

Prerequisites: Part 1; day 1 – Min. Module 2 of Course #091, Part 2; day 2,3 – Min. Module 6 of                               Course #091
