We at Smart Bowen are pleased to be able to work with the Bowen College to present a selection of the most powerful and clinically useful elements of our postgraduate program to Canadian Bowen practitioners in a special three day course.
Smart Bowen is the name of one of the premier Australian Bowen training academies. Its CEO and founder is Brian Smart whose career in Bowen spans nearly 20 years as a practitioner and teacher. With a background in remedial massage and more recently in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Brian has drawn on these disciplines to develop a significant number of additional Bowen moves and sequences. This additional work is based on, or heavily influenced by, trigger point therapy and meridian theory.
In this course you will learn specific moves and sequences to address stubborn or difficult to resolve problems in the neck, shoulders, arms and lower back. Just as importantly, you will learn a whole to new way to assess and treat these problems which will greatly increase the effectiveness of your clinical practice.
