Bowen College Refund Policy
Because Bowen College enlists the best instructors, who often must be flown in to teach courses, as well as manage their own practices, we have strict withdrawal, notification and refund policies
Full Refund within 7 days of purchase – A student will receive a full refund of course payment if a written withdrawal is requested up to 7 days after the purchase of the course. A 30 day minimum notice is required to withdraw your registration from a class. NO REFUNDS are issued if student withdraws less than 30 days before the start of the course or workshop date.
Refunds after 7 days after purchase – Refunds are subject to a 20% administration fee on the total cost of the course, if the written withdrawal is requested more than 7 days after purchase of the course. NO REFUNDS are issued if student withdrawals less than 30 days before the start of the course or workshop date.
Refunds of RBHT Level Courses – Because of the level at which these elective courses are taught, instructors need at least 60 days written notice prior to first day of class to be issued a refund. The college will retain 20% of the fees pad for administrative services and refund the balance.
If the college must cancel a class, the college is required to notify all students registered at least two weeks before the class was set to occur.
The college reserves the right to cancel the class with less than 24 hours notice in case of emergency with course instructor.
Refunds for Cancelled Classes – If the college must cancel a class, the student will have the choice between having the tuition moved forward to the registration of another class or having 100% of the fees refunded.
Refunds will be issued by cheque. No other refunds will be issued except for circumstances listed above.
Bowen College reserves the right to change, update, or add to, all or any policies and course requirements any time without notice.
